             Caffeine is a drug that stimulates the central nervous system, of which can lead to a variety of changes, mostly positive. Coffee has a positive affect on your mood. Coffee lifts your mood, making you more awake, energetic, confident and friendly. Caffeine also is able to fight drowsiness, fatigue and boredom. Caffeine, no matter how much, can help people pay attention to a series of tones, boosting your performance on certain tasks. Caffeine is also able to sharpen moderately complex mental skills. Caffeine can also fight muscular fatigue. Caffeine enables a person to perform lengthy physical tasks.
