Crime is spreading all over the world these days and is getting worse and worse by the year.
Many scientists have a lot of different theories of why criminals commit these crimes; these scientists are called criminologists. Some of their theories include Biological theories where they believe that the person will become a criminal depending on their physical features, shape of the person's skull and facial features, body types; muscular and athletic types.
Another theory is that if the person comes from a warmer climate he or she is likely to become a criminal and drunkenness is more likely to be from colder climates.
Sociological theory is also an explanation that scientists use; it is when a person is influenced by a criminal and imitates the criminal. Also when a person feels more cut off and isolated from the society he lives in, and their inability to attain their goals in life which makes them do unacceptable behavior in public.
Psychological theories explain how the criminal behavior was learned, from family and friends, T.V, and criminal behavior also depends on what you are capable of and the nature of their personality.
Criminals see that the law should be changed to suit them instead of adjusting themselves to the law. A criminal is made up of greed, aggression, psychopathic, rejected, no sensitivity or feeling, have a personality disorder, the person is lonely or is just plain crazy.
The reason for most murders or attacks on people in Australia usually happen because of arguments with strangers or conflicts with family, partners or friends, and revenge or because someone owes that person money. Some people are also very drunk when they do crimes and are usually under the age of 25 who are involved.
Some other crimes include blackmail, shoplifting, graffiti, culpable driving; which are all summary offences which means that it is a common but not really serious crime and are dealt with by the magistrates court.
