You have been told for years that there is a trust fund, which is growing every day, which will be able to insure the payments for future generations (or, you have been told that the Congress has "borrowed- the funds from the trust fund and replaced them with "notes which the congress will repay.) Social Security is not a separate law, but is simply an additional "income tax."" It is chapter 21 of the Internal Revenue Code. This chapter is titled: Federal Insurance Contributions Act. This is where President bill Clinton learned to call taxes "contributions."" The F.I.C.A tax is the way Social Security is "Funded."" But, since it is just another part of the federal income tax, every penny of Social Security taxes go into the same pit' with all of the other "income taxes."".
Social Security was established as a means of providing for the elderly when they reached a retirement age. The number was established to ensure that if two John Doe's' were alive and working, that the right John Doe' would receive the benefit from the Social Security Administration. Now that you understand why the number was established and how it began in the system, you should now ask your self, why am I being asked for my number every where I go as a means of identification?' I will show you, it is not legal.
Federal law provides that is a crime to violate the rights of a citizen under the color-of-law. A person can be arrested for this crime and can also be held personally liable for civil damages.

Local Agency' would include private companies, because they are a private organization operating under the laws of the state and federal regulations.
