The Prince sums up the end with: Where be these enemies?... (5.3.301-305) Even Prince has suffered from the recent violence with the loss of Mercutio. ... Romeo thinks little about what he is doing and immediately after the death of Mercutio, Romeo forgets all his morals and fights a duel with Tybalt. ... "Now Tybalt, take the "villain" back again that thou gavest me, for Mercutio's soul is but a little way above our heads, staying for thine to keep him company." ... Here we see the consequences of Romeo's hasty reactions, which causes him distress and agony as he is banished to Mantua by the Prince and unable to see Juliet. ...
When Tybalt had killed Mercutio Romeo and his friends should have went to the prince to let him know what had happened instead of going crazy and killing his cousin in law. ... In the end Romeo just needed some guidance and a little help from someone who could have helped him in his citation and gave him some decent advice....
