The book "Paradise Lost" is quite confusing to read, not only the language, (which I need a dictionary to understand), but also the ideas. I think Milton himself was quite unsure where he really was going with that. ... Now we can have expulsion from Paradise, the Exodus, Roman rule and finally coming and crucifixion of Christ. ... They were thrown out of the Paradise and they went, went without a word of protest. ... So what does Milton do in his poem? ...
