1. Harry Potter
True to all of J.K. Rowling's series to date, this novel is excellent reading and will be legendary reading for generations to come. Rowling has the ability to draw us into Harry's reality of a painful childhood, which many readers can relate to, while also tantalizing us with the mystic unknown world of magic. Some readers may think that Rowling spends too much time tying in the novel with the backgrounds from her previous two Harry Potter books, but it is time well spent for those of us with slow memory recall.
