This event right here I believe is the climax and final snap of Willies sanity and mental state, after this Willie is offended much easier by other people (i.e. his and biffs fight) and he is not that responsive to the real world around him. ... Willie then has one last flashback, to a time right before a big football game and is heard telling Biff about all of the important people in the stands. The final self destruction of Willie Loman then comes as he exits the house and gets in his car and drives away, only to end up in a car accident and pass away. ...
