One study, given by Beverly Fagot, determined that 18-month-old children did not differ on many behavioral measures where sex differences are often taken for granted. This includes large motor activity (jumping, climbing, running), play with sex-typed toys (trucks for boys, dolls for girls), aggression, and verbal skills.
