I think what makes it such an incredible book is on top of the fact that it was written during probably the biggest disaster in human history, she was only a young teenager still discovering herself, and locked indoors for two years she was forced to think a lot. ... The book stops unfinished when Nazis finally found their hide out. It's truly the saddest book I've ever read. ...
