Oscar Wilde's long poem,"The Ballad of Reading Gaol," is an example of a death sentence, hanging, and describes us how brutal the punishment is. With this historical example we can easily say that nobody has the exact right to give a death penalty order because it is applied unfairly, retribution of homicide is immoral, and there is a risk to execute innocent people. ...
